Question 1: Which connection is the ground and which one connects to other module?

the ground wires are the orange wires coming off the coils. if you have only 1 ground wire in your harness you will have to splice into the ground wire and run to both coils. you can't run ground wire from the first coil to the next coil they may short each other out. look on youtube to see how it is done.
