At Hipastore.com, it’s our mission to provide quality parts at genuinely affordable prices. To do this, we use a global distribution network to get you the goods for less. Your item may be coming from the US, or China, depending on the parts you purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead time are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting you order.
Most items are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.
We do recommend allowing up to 4 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured that we only provide quality parts and offer you the best service.

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
If you receive your goods in unsatisfactory condition then please contact us immediately to request a replacement or refund. DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first. All items must be returned to us in their original packing and accompanied by original copy of the invoice/paperwork and a letter describing the problem.
Return shipping address and return ID will be provided after sending us an email at service@hipastore.com. Please email us with subject 'Return and Exchange' to let us assist you faster.
A pickup and/or restock fee up to 30% of the orginal order amount may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for Hipa to process your return.
