Dual Fuel Carburetor Operation Manual

Gas Starting:

1. Connect the reducing valve to the carburetor gas valve (A) using a gas tube, and turn on the gas fuel switch.
2. Turn off the carburetor choke valve (push the choke arm to “OFF”).
3. Press the enrichment button (B) for 2-3 seconds, then release.
4. Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position.
5. Pull the engine starter rope gently until you feel resistance, then pull forcefully.
6. If the engine fails to start after two attempts with the choke valve fully closed, push the choke arm to the 1/3 position and retry.
7. When starting, slowly open the choke valve (push the choke arm to “ON”).
   
   
   
   
   

Gasoline Starting:

1. Turn on the gas fuel switch.
2. Turn off the choke valve (push the choke arm to “OFF”).
3. Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position.
4. Pull the engine starter rope gently until you feel resistance, then pull forcefully.
5. When starting, slowly open the choke valve (push the choke arm to “ON”).
   
   

Switching Between Gas and Gasoline While the Engine is Running:

1. 
   The Carburetor float chamber drain switch is "ON", and the float chamber drain is open.
   
   
   
   The Carburetor float chamber drain switch is "OFF", and the float chamber drain is closed.
   

When the machine uses gasoline as fuel, the black handle should be in the OFF position (the handle is approximately parallel to the ground).
When the fuel is switched from gasoline to LPG, push the black handle to the ON position (the handle is vertical to the ground). After draining the remaining fuel from the float chamber, push the black handle back to the OFF position.
If the machine is not used for a long time after using gasoline, push the handle to the ON position, drain the remaining fuel from the float chamber, and then push the handle back to the OFF position.

Converting from Gasoline to Gas:

1. Let the engine idle with no load.
2. Turn off the gas fuel switch.
3. Open the gasoline draining valve (C) on the carburetor.
4. Once the gasoline in the float chamber has drained via the tube (D), turn off the gasoline draining valve (C).
5. When the engine stops and makes a sudden sound, turn on the gas fuel switch. The engine will resume running slowly.
   
   

Converting from Gas to Gasoline:

1. Let the engine idle with no load.
2. Turn on the gas fuel switch.
3. When the engine stops and makes a sudden sound, turn off the gas fuel switch. The engine will resume running slowly.
   
   
   

Gas Parameters:

• Inlet Pressure: 30-1560 KPa
• Outlet Pressure: 2.80 ± 0.5 KPa
• Flow Range: 0.6 m³/h

  LPG and CNG use knob-type adjustment, corresponding to E1 and E2 respectively. The two carburetors come with gas regulators and must be paired with a pressure relief valve.

  The intake pipe manufacturing process includes extrusion process A2 and threaded fixation process A1. The threaded interface specification is Z1/4, L3.
